Position Customer Service Specialist

A global foreign consumer company is seeking a ‘Customer Service Specialist’ as follows;

* Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

* Gender:  Male or Female

* Position: Daeri ~ Sawon (Sawon Level prefer)

* Location:  Seoul (Gangnam)

 

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Receive and process customer inquiries via phone, e-mail etc…

- Utilize product knowledge for making product recommendations, troubleshooting application, process, and/or product issues

- Serve as the liaison between current / future customers and company

- Capture, qualify or successfully hands-off sales opportunities to others in sales and/or channel

- Interpret and analyze internal and external data / issues and then formulate solutions to issues and problems

 

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Fluent in English/Korean prefer

- Knowledge and proficient skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

- 1-2 years experience working in a technical area or customer facing area is preferred

- Understand product line strategies

- Customer Focus:  Takes responsibility for consistently achieving customer satisfaction
