* Position : 대리급 이상

* 요약: 국내 전체 운영 사업장과 HQ사이의 코디네이션 엔지니어

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

1. Coordination

- Coordinates & consolidates the Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports

2. Communication

- Ensure a smooth communication between the Projects and the COO

- Supports the communication between COO and the other Departments

3. Data Management

- Fully supports the implementation of MBO (Management Based Objectives) within the BLs

- Consolidate actively the Actions Plans and the KPIs for all Projects

4. Reporting

- Provides a monthly update of the MBO

- Validates the yearly operation reports and inputs the data in Global report

5. Alignment

- Aligns the fundamental concepts of the Operations and the implementation of such concepts

- Support the integration of the new & growing projects

6. Others

- Ensures the additional dedicated tasks requested by the Management related to the coordination of the BL

[REQUIREMENT]

- Bachelor’s degree

- Engineer or Manager (Preferred experience in financial management, authority related)

- Specialized in environmental field but open to any other fields

- 3 years experienced but flexible

- Communication skills with internally and externally

- Fluency in English speaking & writing
