An International pharmaceutical company is seeking a ‘Plant Controller' as follows;

[Overview]

To plan, lead, organize, control and identify exposures for the plants’ financials which will assist local area management and Global Supply Chain management to achieve a growing and profitable business as measured by accepted quantitative and qualitative financial standards and benchmarks.

 

[Location]

-       Plant located in Gyeonggi Province

 

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

-       Achievement of periodic, strategic plans and analysis related to two plants.

-       Adhere to company policies, procedures and legal requirements of the country

-       Ensure that manufacturing cost analysis reports timely support the operations

-       Development of his/her subordinates in the organization

-       Efficient, timely, and accurate reporting of plants activities, financial results, opportunities & exposures to the Senior Finance Director and the Head of Plants

-       Identify macro risk exposures in the external environment

-       Comply with all legal, regulatory and ethical business requirements in executing the assigned roles and responsibilities as defined in the local regulation.

 

[QUALIFICATIONS]

-       Minimum Bachelor Degree, Finance / Accounting / Business Management.

-       Minimum 10 years manufacturing cost accounting and planning experience.

-       Must: Manufacturing standard cost experience, minimum 6 years at manufacturing plant.

-       Must : good written and spoken English

-       Preference : SAP ERP experience, Excellent Excel and Presentation skills, GMP / GSP knowledge
