[RESPONSIBILITIES]
신규 매장 기획 및 개발, 매장 운영 활성화 방안 기획
Responsible for overall channel development to enhance regional coverage

New channel development 
- Drive new channel development project from research to execution
- Determine new functionality of the channel by corporate business plan
- Collaborate with related teams for project execution
- Analyze market trend and business to find an opportunity of new channel development/needs
- Set new channel KPI and action plan

Channel management
- Analyze operation status and customer needs per channel
- Standardize overall channel operation process
- Establish effective operation process
- Communicate with channel contacts and corporate to improve overall operation process and its quality    

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- 매장 개발 및 기획 업무 경험  6 ~ 8 년까지로 반드시 매장 오픈 경험이 있는 분 총 경력 10년까지
- 화장품, 건강기능식품 등의 리테일 쪽이나 멀티 아이템, 서비스 매장 등의 브랜드 샵을 기획해 본 후보자 선호
- 4년제 대학 출신으로, 전공 무관
- 나이 및 성별 무관
- 토익 스피킹 Level 6 이상
