A global leading foreign automobile company is seeking a Project Manager as follow;

A project manager who is equipped project management philosophy and knowhow about following knowledge area; develop project plan, direct & manage project team,
manage project stakeholders, project communication, project risk, project schedule, project budget & cost, project conflicts and project deliverables & targets
One who has experiences of automotive industry and/ or EPC industry will be preferred.
You will be required to lead the project team to develop vehicle engine cooling compartment and/or engine cooling module from the project initiation to the delivery
to automotive OEM customers with sub set of abilities or potentials to
- Prepare project charter upon customer RFP/RFQ
- Arrange kick-off meeting to get charter approved by sponsor group
- Team organization & resource planning.
- Rough project scoping & planning with given requirement and budget/schedule constraint.
- Lead cost estimation and suggest appropriate price based on project scope & enterprise strategy.
- Call a Leadership meeting to get approval on price scenario with associated profit analysis.
- Define project scope and set up deliverables thru communication with internal/ external stakeholders.
- Develop project WBS and project schedule with project team
- Direct and manage project work to team, and run a regular meeting to monitor & control project work performance.
- Facilitate change management
- Manage and track cost performance vs. price with associated changes.
- Host regular leadership meeting for project work performance review
- Drive project team to trouble-shoot, lead and coaching project team
- Act as a primary single communication window to customer during development phase.
- Manage “fine-tune” iterations of project work-scope during project execution.
- Manage contract agreement (MoU, Terms & Condition, Non-disclosure-agreement, etc)
Successful candidates could be those who are/ have
Strong “self-teaching“ and “self-motivating” attitude possessed.
Able to host multi-national meeting
High interpersonal communication skill
Good at coordinating internal/external stakeholders
Fluent in spoken and written English
Goal & result oriented, hard-driving attitude to move team forward
Easy adapt to enterprise project-management tools & systems
Moderate or good at using MS-office & MS-project.
