[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Responsible for protecting and growing existing business as well as developing new specialty business in Korean construction industry consistent with business strategies
- Establish and expand networks at existing customers as well as potential customers in order to build a healthy portfolio of opportunities to expand business.
- Understands High Performance Building major market strategy and implements the major market strategy in Korea region
- Is accountable for sales & sales growth in High Performance Building market/customers-distributors
- Manages distributors with risk management, capability development and working process optimization work.
- Generates new higher margin revenue for custom solutions, new products or applications
- Builds a portfolio for short/medium/long term opportunities with high probability of success
- Identifies Targeted Growth Opportunities and potential solutions
- Contributes Commercialization Excellence project/initiatives
- Builds external network with key influencers and stakeholders in construction industry

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- High level of proven selling skills and ability to establish good business relationships along the whole value chain of construction industry
- Experience in relevant markets and product application is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills for customer relationship management and internal cross-functions
- Great selling skills to provide right product/solution offering to maximize the value
- Manages a broad portfolio of new business opportunities in line with ‘business’ strategy.
- Great team work and self-management
- Good business judgment and decision making
- Excellent communication (language, manner and effectiveness)
- Practical working experience of the new building projects specification for the sealant products and accounts management
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Construction engineering or related fields.
- Preference in more than 5 years of previous work experience
