A global leading foreign chemical company is seeking a 'Sales Developer (Semiconductor)' as follows

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Provide the best in class sales development and new market exploration for Electronics Solutions thru silicone technology as well as expanded to region based in application of Electronics, especially for Semiconductor, Display Fabrication.
- Be engaged in setting up the key business contact to the customers and implementing Korea regional strategy aligned with global business strategies in respective territory or market.
- Provide technical service for Thermoplastic business in Korea as follows:
* Help customers use company’s products on their process
* Input customer needs and requirements to help develop new products
* Develop new application with thermoplastic products
* Lead trouble shooting activity if any
- Provide the best in class sales development and new market exploration for Electronics Solutions thru silicone technology as well as expanded to region based in application of Electronics, especially for Semiconductor, Display Fabrication.

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Extensive knowledge and/or strong motivation are desired to learn silicone solutions and leverage it to build external application of Electronics, Semiconductor and Display fabrication, and also have excellent customer interfacing skill as key competency to fulfill the role and responsibility of regional sales development specialist.
1. Excellent in both Written and Spoken English
2. Highly effective at communicating across organizations, functions and at multiple level.
3. Proactive, Self-Motivated and Pursues continuous Learning and Skill-building
4. Great enthusiasm to learn and develop in Commercial (Sales, Marketing) roles
5. Excellent customer interfacing skills
6. Customer Focus ? ability to build strong Customer Relationship
7. Good teamwork and Interpersonal skills
8. Understands market and culture diversity helping on market expansion initiatives.
9. BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electronics or Business Admin in case of working experience for chemical industry or semiconductor/display industry are preferred
