[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Responsible for protecting and growing existing business as well as developing new specialty business in targeted markets consistent with business strategies
- Establish and expand networks at existing customers as well as potential customers in order to build a healthy portfolio of opportunities to expand business.
- Accountable for sales & sales growth in assigned market/customers-distributors (mainly for Electronics market)
- Manageable for distributors with risk management, capability development and working process optimization work
- Constantly interact with customers to understand needs and offer solutions to meet those needs
- Build up the healthy business portfolio with new opportunity identification, development and completion

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- This role requires a high level of proven selling skills and ability to establish good business relationships.
- Experience in relevant markets and product application is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for customer relationship management and internal cross-functions.
- Great team work and self-management
- Good business judgment and decision making
- Great selling skills to provide right product/solution offering to maximize the value
- Excellent communication (language, manner and effectiveness)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in chemical engineering or related fields.
- Preference in less 3 years of previous work experience
