[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Communicate corporate vision and sales strategy with distributors for alignment enhancement
- Responsible for relationships development with distributors and define plans in order to achieve sales goals
- Support business plan execution and monitor sales volume regularly
- Coordinate recognition and reward program
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Univ. (4yr) degree (Business administration preferred)
- 0~3 years’ experience
- Have pro-active and positive mind
- Have a capability of stress management
- Analytical thinking
- Posses good communication skill including presentation skill
- Excellent in MS Office (Especially, PowerPoint)
- Sales management and marketing experience preferred
- Good in English (Writing & Speaking)
