[RESPONSIBILITIES]
Manage overall membership information maintenance
- Membership registration process
- Membership change management
- Create and update Membership data
- Risk management on specific membership category
- Support account management system operation
Responsible for membership recognition operation
- Support distributor recognition program operation
- Provide recognition data upon request
- Update data regularly
Develop business and training plan
- Implement regular training program
- Maintain and develop training material
- Provide proper advice regarding corporate membership policy
Communicate with corporate office
- Monthly data reporting
- Control LOI process
- Regional task support

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0~2 years’ experience in customer service related field
- Excellent communication skill and a good team player
- Customer-oriented mind
- Strong problem solving skill
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, PPT and Word)
- Good in Written & Spoken English
(TOEIC Speaking level 6 and above)
