[RESPONSIBILITIES] 

- Act as a PM Specialist point of contact for Sales, Training, PR, VM, CRM and other departments in a very collaborative environment.

- Develop new product launch plans and communications

- Set up campaign strategy & objectives (New products strategy, VM & POS plans, etc) for successful campaign launch by working closely with relevant teams.

- Share weekly campaign sales report & analyze keyline sales.

- Set up Short / long term strategies by supporting senior product manager

- Analyze and control campaign expense and all promotional expenses.

- Closely work with outside agencies to hire promoters, produce campaign brochures and execute events.

- Forecast New/regular products' selling qty & PO by product line

- Control orders, stock level - Saleable & SPM

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field

- Experience in makeup PM is “a plus”

- More than 3 years of Product Management or related experience

- Fluent Korean/English in speaking and writing

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all various departments

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP will be a plus.
