[담당업무]

* Technical Support for Business Development:

 - Implementation of project Feasibility Study and report

 - Implementation of project Technical Due Diligence

 - Site audit for incineration treatment process, CHP process and waste treatment process assessment

    (Operating condition, Operating data, Main facilities inspection in particular, refractory, grate and boiler tube, 

     Process risk, SOP, Safety and fire fighting)

 - Design study for incineration treatment process, CHP process and waste treatment process: 

    (Heat and Mass balance, Steam cycle, PFD (Process Flow Diagram), P&ID (Piping and Instrument Diagram), 

     Main equipment capacity calculation, FGT(Flue Gas Treatment facilities) design)

 - Savings estimation on Direct and indirect OPEX, CAPEX estimates.

 - Technical memorandum completion

 - Commercial presentation support, if needed

 - Lab tests and pilot tests management, if needed

 - Technical support for commissioning work, if needed

* Technical Support to Operation projects:

 - Site audit for incineration treatment process, CHP process and waste treatment process assessment

    (Operating condition, Main facilities inspection in particular, refractory, grate and boiler tube, 

     Process risk, SOP, Safety and fire fighting)

 - Design study for incineration treatment process, CHP process and waste treatment process: 

      (Heat and Mass balance, Steam cycle, PFD (Process Flow Diagram), P&ID (Piping and Instrument Diagram),

      Main equipment capacity calculation, FGT(Flue Gas Treatment facilities) design)

 - Technical support for operation reporting

 - Savings estimation on Direct and indirect OPEX, CAPEX estimation

 - Technical memorandum completion for operation improvement projects

 - Lab tests and pilot tests management, if needed

 - Technical support for commissioning work, if needed

* Technical Support for EPC project proposal (if needed) :

 - Design review and validation for incineration treatment process, CHP process and waste treatment process

   (Heat and Mass balance, Steam cycle, PFD (Process Flow Diagram), P&ID (Piping and Instrument Diagram),

   Main equipment capacity calculation, FGT(Flue Gas Treatment facilities) design)

 - CAPEX, OPEX and Construction schedule review

 - Lab tests and pilot tests management

 - Technical support for commissioning work

[자격요건]

- Bachelor or Master Degree of chemical engineering or environmental engineering or specialized in  incineration treatment process, CHP process and waste treatment process.

- Good knowledge of HMB (Heat and Mass balance) both incineration and boiler, steam cycle (Rankin cycle) including Turbine generator,  Chemical consumption and capacity calculation of FGT (Flue Gas Treatment)

- Good knowledge of incinerator that Stoker type, Rotary kiln type and Fluidized bed type

- Good skill in document working

- Able to handle several projects in parallel, if needed.

- Good communication in Korean and in English, conversational and reading/writing

- 폐기물, 석탄연료 등을 소각하고 발생하는 여열을 재활용하는 설비 (소각플랜트 / 열병합발전시설 / 가스화용융시설 등) 경험 우대

- 상기 설비에 대한 설계 / 시공 / 운영 중 최소 1개분야의 경력자 우대

- 상기 설비에 대한 설계자료 (열수지계산서, 공정흐름도, P&ID 등) 에 대한 이해 우대

- 상기 설비를 구성하는 주요설비 (소각로, 내화물, 보일러, 대기오염물질 처리시스템) 등에 대한 이해 우대

- 상기 설비에 대한 CAPEX (공사비용) / OPEX (운영비용) 집계에 대한 경험 우대

- 운영현장 trouble shooting 경험보유 우대

- 현장 및 비지니스팀과의 기술적 경험을 바탕으로한 의사소통력 우대
