One of foreign pharmaceutical company is seeking a 'Finance Manager' as follow;
* Job Title: Finance Manager (KICPA)
* Position: Chajang ~ Gwajang
* Report to Finance Controller

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Controls the financial requirements for entire organization
- Coordinates accounting functions, interprets accounting policies, provides communication link and council to management and acts as a facilitator for the associates
- Support the financial planning and management reporting needs for all divisions
- Have excellent accounting qualifications (KICPA) as with significant working experience in technical accounting for financial accounting and reporting
- Consolidate Finance Statements Reporting for a listed company per IFRS
- Prepare strategic and operation business plans including rolling forecast
- Ensures monthly closing are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide actual and budgeted financial information
- Production costing analysis and efficiency improvement (Standard costing experience preferred)
- Review Daily and monthly financial and accounting transactions with the general ledger
- Support actual and budgeted financial information
- Perform analysis of balance sheets and income statements

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- KICPA Finance Auditor experienced (한국공인회계사)
- Excellent accounting qualifications as with significant working experience in technical accounting for financial accounting and reporting
- Bachelor Degree, Finance/Accounting/Business management
- MBA and certification preferred
- 5 ~ 8 years of relevant working experience in technical accounting and / or financial reporting in a Big Four Accounting Firm is highly preferred (preferably held senior manager/director positions with a Big Four Accounting Firm)
- Value-add experienced in developing/issuing recommendations/actions to management; and ability to work with relevant management to implement improvements
- Good accounting skill and knowledge on IFRS
- Preference : SAP ERP experience
- Good in English, written and spoken
- Due to the nature of the role, strong communication skills and ability to engage with different stakeholders would be prerequisites
- Must demonstrate sound work ethics and maintain independence with integrity in performing duties
- Confident communicator with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Excellent Excel and Presentation skill preferred
- KICPA Finance Auditor experienced (한국공인회계사)
