A global leading foreign chemical company is seeking a 'B2B Marketer' as follows
* Job Title: B2B Marketer
* Gender:  Male or Female
* Position: Chajang ~ Daeri (Kwajang Level preferred)
* Location:  Seoul

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Understands company’s Global Automotive Market strategies & direction
- Collates regional viewpoints to represent the voice of the Korea markets to the global market
- Builds market growth strategies for Automotive in Korea
- Validates key market assumptions by visiting customers and building relationships with key players in the market
- Understands and prioritized the segments/ opportunities and, with the regional market teams, develops implementation plans that are aligned to the global and regional market strategies
- Lead regional implementation/execution of market plan by closely working with cross-functional team
- Identifies regions’ product offering gaps and resource gaps and seeks support to address so financial plans are met
- Representing commercial project marketing for regional projects. Support new idea investigation in the region
- Supports momentum growth by leveraging channel strategy, pricing management and market communication strategy to increase market penetration
- Is a member of the Korea Geographic marketing team, and the lead marker of Korea Automotive Commercial Committee.

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Work Experience: “> 3 years” of B2B marketing experience, ideally with Specialty Chemical Industry and/or relevant Automotive Marketing experience is preferred
- MBA preferred with engineering bachelor’s degree
- Language: Fluent Korean and English (written/verbal)
- A track record of delivering results and acting with urgency
- Sound marketing and financial fundamentals (including but not limited to market analysis, segmentation, value proposition development/ positioning, 4P development and execution competitive analysis)
- Sound business judgment and logical thought
- Strong written, verbal, listening and influencing skills that can be leveraged in person, on phone, in written communications
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work in cross functional and cross cultural team
- Willing to travel (up to 25%)
