One of european luxury fashion leaders is seeking a 'Communication Manager' as follow;
* Job Title: Communication Manager
* Position: Kwajang (or Chajang)
* Experience: 5 ~ 6 years
* Location: Gangnam (Seoul)
* Report to GM (Korea)

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- CRM (With a close and effective cooperation with Local Retail Team and operations)
  ~ Client data collection supervisor and owner of client data quality management process
  ~ CRM and clienteling campaigns; understanding local needs and share best practices to increase retail effectiveness of central and local marketing / contact initiatives
  ~ Studying designing implementing developing and deploying operational CRM tools in supporting front end and back office CRM/Clienteling activities
  ~ All activities related to the development creation implementation and updating of educational and training CRM materials (in coordination with retail team)

- MKTG (Reporting to HQ for the coordination of the new marketing material translation and shipment to Korea)
  ~ Managing MKTG material & catalogues budgets
  ~ Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials along our stores network, customers and main magazines

- PR (Reporting to HQ for the impeccable implementation of PR group strategies within the Marketing)
  ~ Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
  ~ Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations,
  ~ Collating and analyzing media coverage
  ~ Organizing events including PSR events and press tours

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role/ junior managerial level
- Pre-entry experience in PR, communications, marketing and media industries is highly desirable
- Previous experience in Retail industry will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Extrovert personality
- Good leadership skills
- Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs
- Good project management skills including excellent multi-tasking prioritization and organization
