[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- 클레임 제품 접수 확인 및 처리
- 고객의 요청 및 불만사항 접수 처리
- 고객 상담 (수선/불량 관련, 온라인판매/일반제품, VIP회원 관련 등)
- 제품 접수, 처리 관련 전산 등록
- 불량 내용 확인 및 보고서 작성
- 기타 CS관련 업무

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- 초대졸 이상
- 의류회사 (Jeans) 3년 이상 근무 경력자
- 고객 전화 상담 및 현장 고객 응대 경험자
- CS관련 교육 이수자
