-Providing diversified legal services and supports to Korean subsidiary operational platforms usually,
 where necessary, cross-boarder business to travel in other country in East-Asia Pacific temporarily
 will be required.
-Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents
-Providing legal advice for the operation of the company and controlling the relevant legal risks
-Participating in contract negotiations
-Handling with legal affaires in complicated sales projects  with finance supports
-Resolving industrial dispute and lawsuit and international arbitration
-Legal research and providing legal training for the Company’s other departments
-Coordinating with external counsel and liaising with customers in the preparation, negotiation
 and completion of all legal documentation with respect to all legal practice areas such as telecom law, IP law, IT law, contract law, commercial law, company law, competitive law, criminal law, employment law, immigration law, Incoterms2000 and relevant laws etc.

 

-Bachelor degree in law or above,
-Good knowledge of all commercial laws like company law, contract law, international trade law,
 tort law, IPR law, finance law, product liability law and dispute resolution etc.
-Having gained in-depth legal knowledge and stronger abilities to handle complicated legal affairs
-Being familiar with finance facilities especially trading finance projects
-8 years or above legal work with experience in a multi-national company or leading law firm
-Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a strong commercial acumen
-Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
-Good team spirit, able to work independently, able to deliver jobs within tight date line,
 apt to work under pressure
-Be apt to handle English as working language besides Korean.
-Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook etc.

-Being legal manager before or attorney with Korean Bar License and Speaking Chinese will be
