One of Foreign Derivative finance trading company is seeking a 'Jr. Cash Desk Trader' as follow

* Job Title:  Jr. Cash Desk Trader
* Level: Junior Level (2 ~ 3 Years)
* Gender :  Male or Female
* Location:  Seoul (Yeouido)

 

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Developing new trading strategies
- Extending and fine tuning existing strategies towards new products and markets
- Implementation and execution of trading strategies
- Support and drive the creation of automated trading models and tools
- Daily position and risk management

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Less than 2 ~ 3 years of trading experience
- Ideal experience in the following types of trading
  : Delta one / HFT with Asia Focus
   (Focus has been on HFT meaning that positions are closed within a short time frame after opening, definitely within the same trading day.)
  : Knowledge and experience in Statistical arbitrage in Cash Equity and/or Delta 1
  : Have traded within either a Prop Trading firm or a Prop Trading desk within a bank/Hedge Fund.
- Academic  education background (mathematics, physics, econometrics, engineering)
- Fluent in English
- Good programming skills
- Strong understanding of probability theory and statistics
- Outgoing, communicative and willing to work in dynamic environment
- Competitive by nature and eager to win
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Quick and decisive thinker and able to deal well with pressure
- Solid communicator
- Good interpersonal skills
