A global leading foreign company is seeking a Logistics Analyst as follows
* Job Title: Logistics Analyst
* Gender: Male or Female
* Position: Jr~Sr.
* Experience: 4~7 years’ experience

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Conduct logistics operations and support continuous business improvement through the analysis of business issues
- Propose the optimal process and support change management through data mining and analysis
- Plan productivity & customer service improvement through SCM process and automation technology benchmarks.
- Monitor daily returns & Manage accuracy
- Manage logistics process, returns and stock
- Manage improvement process for minimizing returns
- Gather inquiry data of products damaged, omitted and deliver to the team related
- Analyze and Report monthly customer claims/Communicate with the head office and manage it
- Correct errors of completed orders
- Manage error processing of orders in SAP
- Manage replenishment of stock in each WICs
- Process uncompleted orders caused by out of stock
- Complete each KPI and report data to the head office
- Audit papers and process in logistics center

- Univ. (4yr) degree
- 4~7 years’ experience
(at least 3 years’ experience in relevant field)
- MS Office (especially excel, powerpoint) required
- Well developed numerical understanding, analytical skills & attention to detail
- Good knowledge & communication skill of English to facilitate conference calls
- Customer service orientation
- Pro-active, driven and accurate & Good team player
- Experience with implementation of corrective action
- Product or industry-specific experience
- Knowledge of logistics
- Must have a driver’s license
- Fluent in Written & Spoken English
(TOEIC Speaking Level 6)
