A global leading foreign Industrial Chemical Company is seeking a 'Laboratory Director' as follows

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Responsible of all activities of quality analysis and control in Korea to ensure compliance with legal and corporate specifications and standards
- Leads the development and execution of analysis programs and controls analysis costs and monitors analysis records
- Directs and supervises assistance to operational teams in Korea
- Leads and coordinates with other department managers in planning and implementing an analysis program, considering both standards requirements and process monitoring requirements
- Manages and executes analysis programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency of the processes; organizes the work load of the laboratory
- Supervises laboratory staffs to determine physical and/or chemical attributes of material/products
- Ensures the implementation and application of Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures in the Region or the Country
- Manages the yearly inter-laboratory test organized by the group

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- 국내외 수 처리 관련 실험실 근무 경력 7년 이상 (화학기사, 분석기기기사 또는 수질환경기사)
- 측정대행업체 근무 경력자 우대
- 환경, 안전 및 품질관리 경력 필수
- 위험물 취급, 수질환경 등 관련 자격증 소지자
- 팀 관리 경력 필수 및 대인 관계 좋은 자
- 예산 집행 능력 및 협상 능력 보유자
- 영어회화 및 작문 능력 필수
