global leading foreign company is seeking a Compensation Specialist(HRM) as follows * Job Title: Compensation Specialist(HRM) * Gender: Male or Female * Position: Sr. * Experience: 5~6years * Number of Vacancy: 1 * Location: Kangnamgu Seoul [RESPONSIBILITIES] - HR policy update and management - Human capital management: SAP master data / Personnel data management - SAP Management (OM&PA) - ESS/MSS maintenance & reporting - Update job profile and global JD project follow-up - Job management - Global job grading and title management - Design or change pay policy & structure - Implement payroll - Tax refund process & Issue a salary statement - Merit increase plan and implementation - Salary survey & analysis - Retirement pension program management - Global incentive plan implementation - Benefit program planning & management - Promotion candidate and selection process management - Pay reporting & documentation - Scanning resume and interview arrangement - Communicate with headhunters
[QUALIFICATIONS] - Univ.
