Working in close coordination with our reseller partners and local managers, the sales will report to the Regional Sales Director and focus on four key stages within our solutions based sales process.
1)Trials---Work with customers and partners to enhance 30 day trial period of client`s product. Assure that all IT issues are fully resolved and consult to best assure that production values of sample recordings are optimized. The Sales will also work with all trialing customers to ensure that all barriers to implementation are addressed and resolved.
2)Training— Responsible for all customer and partner training. This is necessary to ensure smooth ramp up and to maximize customer usage.
3)Work closely with partners to provide technical assistance for sales calls (onsite and GTM), webinars, and trade shows.
4)Work with sales team to finalize RFP’s
Candidate Requirements:
Strong record of success and proven ability in the IT field and sales arena.
Experience with video/search based products.
Exemplary presentation skills and the ability to demo products live, on-line, on-the-fly, and in front of large audiences.
BS in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent).
Effective communication skills (written and verbal English), including the ability to both work with IT customers as well as “translate” for the non-technical customer.
The ability to learn and address specific and varied customer use cases, including the different applications in corporate to education markets.
Ability to work well individually, and as part of a team and culture that is passionate, driven, opportunistic, and motivated to bring meaningful and productive change to our customers.
Position Requirements:
Full time position requiring a strong work intensity.
Bachelors Degree.
Exemplary computer skills and ability to learn and utilize new software/hardware..
