A global leading foreign company is seeking a 'Sr. Legal Specialist' as follows

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Advising on the legal aspects of the activities of the company, including contracts and other commercial matters

- Managing government investigations or inquiries

- Ensure that the company’s sales activities comply fully with applicable law

- Review promotional and new business materials

- Manage various compliance issues

- Report preparation on the legal issues in the company

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Univ. (4yr) degree (should have degree in law)

- 6~8 years’ experience

(At least 6 years’ experience in legal or relevant team)

- In-depth knowledge of diverse aspects of laws

- Excellent problem solver with strong communication skills

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skill

- Enthusiastic and aggressive personality preferred

- Strong English communication skill

- Good presentation skill

- Strong MS office skill (Especially, powerpoint)

- Good in Written & Spoken English

(TOEIC Speaking Level 6)
