[RESPONSIBILITIES] 

- Establish, manage, and grow key accounts through profitable sales of prestige brand’s product lines. 

  Your focus will be on creating and executing a strategic plan to grow existing accounts while also looking for new opportunities to grow market share. 

- Support the manager to set sales objectives and forecasts. Monitor brand’s performance 

- Develop effective and appropriate action plans in order to motivate the sales teams to achieve/exceed sales goals and KPI

- Manage all business plans for the territory's distribution: planning, inventory, identifying to increase distribution and meet sales goals

- Drive sales by identifying opportunities and taking appropriate action

- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow sales for group brand

- Create monthly sales goals by door for the region, analyze trends then take appropriate action

- Review sales goals by brand weekly and monthly, communicate to brand team

- Regularly meet and form productive business relationships with Retailers

- Competitive monitoring 

- 매출, KPI, 비용 등의 분석 및 관리  

- Prestige 브랜드 성과 모니터링  

- 주간 및 월간 브랜드별 매출 목표 검토  

- 사업 계획 수립 및 관리 

- 경쟁사 모니터링 

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- A college-level education or equivalent  

- Preference of more than 5 years of experience in the related work 

- Ability to travel and work weekends as necessary 

- Excellent team play, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with everyone in the organization

- Open-minded, active tendency to accept different opinions from different perspectives

- Well versed in PowerPoint and Excel spread sheet

- Planning and organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills

- 유관 경력 5년 이상 보유자

- MS Office(PowerPoint, Excel) 활용 능숙자 

- 백화점 채널 영업관리 경력 보유자
