[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Set strategic direction in the development, implementation, and execution of supply chain processes in support of supply chain and business objectives
- Responsible for leading strategic initiatives and projects
- Enables effective S&OP/Operating Review by garnering cross-functional participation and helps facilitate decision-making process on sensitive/cross functional & divisional issues
- Accountable for optimizing inventory turns, service levels, and profitability
- Sponsors, and may lead, cross functional teams in support of strategic initiatives both within the supply chain organization and across the business units
- Responsible to make up SOP of SCM process in support of business objectives
- Set strategic direction in the development, implementation, and execution of supply chain processes in support of supply chain and business objectives

[REQUIREMENTS]
- Excellent leadership skills including sponsoring/leading projects with broad scope, cross functional nature, and an impact outside
- Complete, in-depth understanding of all aspects of the business and supply chain strategies including total delivered cost, profitability, inventory turns and service levels
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop rapport with other functional leaders inside/outside company and Supply base to influence decision making
- Ability to do analysis of tradeoffs between business objectives
- Ability to think systemically
- Embraces change, challenges status quo and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes
- Creates tools that help simplify job tasks and shares these with others
- Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations
- BS in Business related field with minimum 8 years experience in supply chain/ operations management field. MBA and APICS Certification preferred.
