A global leading foreign company is seeking a Buyer Sr. Specialist as follows

* Job Title: Corporate Strategy Planning

* Gender: Male or Female

* Position: Sr.

* Experience: 6-10 year's experience
* Number of Vacancy: 2
* Location: Kangnamgu Seoul

[RESPONSIBILITIES]<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

- Guide the development of strategy and business planning process by establishment

of annual plan (30%)

- Establish long term planning methodologies for the company growth (10%)

- Participate in new business development for the business growth (10%)

- Establish plan for efficient organization management (10%)

- Communicate with HQ and Japan for strategic planning (10%)

- Project management for the corporate innovation (15%)

- Communicate with other teams and develop change management (15%)

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Univ. (4yr) degree

- 6~10 years’ relevant experience

(At least 2 years of experience in Strategic Planning area)

- Analytical and strategic thinking with project management and presentation skill

- Should have excellent communication, negotiation and customer interaction skills

- Passion for learning and creative problem-solving

- Should demonstrate business & people leadership skills

- Effective stress management

- Experience in new business development is preferred

- SAS, SPSS user is preferred, but not a must

- Fluent in Written & Spoken English (TOEIC Speaking Level 7)

- Employee who was born after 1978
