[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Responsible for product claim management

- Coordinate customers' inquiries and trouble-shoot with corrective action

- Prepare periodic VOC analysis reports

- Prepare documentation for the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety

- Plan and operate staff’s CS competency program

- Build business plan

 

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Univ. (4yr) degree

- 2~4 years’ relevant experience

(At least 2~3 years’ experience of Claim)

- Understanding of Consumer Protection Law

- Excellent conflict resolution skills in high demanding sales environment

- Ability to communicate effectively and calmly

- Good at stress management

- Prefer Consumer Advisor Senior Certificate holders

- Moderate in Written & Spoken English (TOEIC Speaking Level 6)

- Employee who was born after 1980
