Position: National Sales Manager
Overview
Lead and develop the sales team in market under responsibility. Strategically manage the sales processes that lead to the satisfactory development of the distribution network, capable of generating sales volumes that meet the company financial projections
Purpose/Mission
•Creates a customer level business plan alongwith team sales budget and strategies.
•Provides team annual sales budgets that are regularly updated
•Proactive Business development
•Coordination and compilation of the season preorders
•Creating, developing and maintaining customer relationship in order to increase sales, eliminate errors and maximize profitability.
•Managing communication among marketingand other related functions to expedite product updates & service processes and cross-function relationship with other departments/teams
•Ensuring sales programs and terms are appropriate, in line with company policy, and competitive in the market
• Improve a healthy stock turn ratio and clean inventories at customer’s
•Plan, implement and manage sales programs, processes, sales forecast’s and relevant financial information
• Provide market intelligence to the national sales mgr - focusing on market trends & shifts, competitors & customer information, etc.
• Closely monitor the A/R status of each customer
• Communicates Sales information and initiatives to Sales & Marketing teams in a timely manner

Qualification
Above 10~15 year working experience in Sales Field -FMCG or golf industry,
University degree and above
Excellent MS Office
Advanced written and spoken in English
