[RESPONSIBILITIES]
1. Manage key electronics customers and build close relationship with key customer stakeholders
2. Lead commercialization excellence activities targeting LED and lighting assembly market
3. Interface customers to identify unmet needs, explore new opportunities in the market and cultivate it through internal commercialization excellence team works
4. Provide advices related to the selection and use of our products and services

1. Excellent in both written and spoken English
2. Proactive, self-motivated and pursues continuous learning and skill-building
3. Great enthusiasm to learn and develop in Commercial (Sales, Marketing) roles
4. Excellent customer interfacing skills
5. Customer Focus ? ability to build strong customer relationship
6. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
7. BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Engineering preferred
