A global leading foreign chemical company is seeking a ‘Solar PV Assembly Specialist (Process Engineer)' as follows;

[Position Description]
- Develope Si-based solutions for the solar module assembly by utilizing Liquid silicone PV module assembly demonstration line which to be installed at Asia solar application center in Jincheon, Korea
- Responsible for lab/pilot process development and optimization, scale-up, site transfer of PV silicone products, new product commercialization support
- Participate into global project teams to implement new technologies aligned to application of PV module materials
- Build up expertise in PV module assembly technology with Silicone products including gels, pottants, SLNTS and LSRs working intimately with customers’voice and the strategic direction
- Will be located at Asia Solar Application Center base in Jincheon, though a close cooperation and interaction is expected with solar application centers at Freeland, Shanghai and Seneffe.

- Passion to be part of a fastpaced and significant growth opportunity
- Interact well with global diverse teams and communicate effectively to team members and project stake holders
- Fluency in English is strongly desired
- Good knowledge of computer systems/tools, knowledge of statistics, DOE, CE, and six-sigma methodology, project leadership
- Financial acumen are to be big plus
- Attention to safety is a must
- Desire to innovate and document intellectual property
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing application method to process equipment is a significant advantage
- 5~10 years experience in solar module assembly/equipment industry would be great advantage
- Desired Major: Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Material Engineering
