Job Description
Recruitment: Identify and select qualified staff members, including promotion and placement of existing staff.
Staff evaluation, Staff(manager) training
Training, advising and ensuring with compliance with relevant HR policy.
Supporting stores : Monitor store(store visiting) performance against targets and set effective action plans
Analysing & Budgeting & Forecasting headcount of each store
Help to coordinate external and internal initiatives.
