-Bachelors degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering
-Initiate process technology studies on encapsulant and sealant, pottant materials
-Strong understanding of Solar industry and related field in Korea with Technical knowledge of silicone

Position Description:
- Responsible for leading process development, commercialization and manufacturing optimization activities in support of the Solar Module Assembly industry segment.
- Involve in new product commercialization teams, leading scale-up of new products from pilot scale to full-scale manufacturing.
- Initiate process technology studies on encapsulant and sealant, pottant materials allowing the team to be more successful in overall quality, cost, and reliability of new and existing products.
- Assist in next generation advancements of products and processes.
- Be linkage to process technologists from other Market Business Units enabling improved knowledge and sharing

- Effective communication skills both in Korean and English
- Scientific, analytical skills to solve problems
- Capability to work in a team.
