[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Drafting, vetting and negotiating a varied range of legal, commercial and corporate documents, such as distributorship agreement, sales agreement, service agreement, software agreements, license agreements, Inter-company agreements, and handling HQ related legal issues etc,

- Performing and supporting compliance activities (e.g., anti-trust, anti-bribery, customer due diligence, conducting compliance audits, investigation and trainings etc.) 

- Reviewing and advising on the Company’s rights and liabilities under existing commercial and corporate agreements

- Handling regulatory matters, such as request from the regulators (e.g. KFTC, KISA)

- Assisting in legal disputes, litigations and governance matters and procedures, liaising with, and managing external lawyers.

- Supporting company secretary matters, including General shareholders’ meeting and BOD management.

- Liaising with legal colleagues in RHQ.

[QUALIFICATIONS] 

- LLB (Hons) from a recognized university in South Korea

- Legal knowledge about corporate, commercial in South Korea

- Minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience in general corporate/commercial work, in-house in a corporation

- Japanese or English - Fluent

- Law related license

- Law related Major
