[담당업무]

1. 약물 효능평가 (In vitro / In vivo)

- 세포결합력, 세포독성, 내재화능, 방관자 효과 시험평가

- FACS (Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting), Cell Migration / Invasion, Cell proliferation

2. 분자생물학적/면역학적 실험

- Cloning

- PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction)

- WB (Western Blotting)

- ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay)

- IP (Immunoprecipitation) 및 IF (Immunofluorescence) 등

3. 결과보고서 작성

4. 신규 타깃 약리기전 연구 (분자생물학적/면역학적 실험)

[자격요건]

- 학력 : 학사 후 5년 이상, 석사 후 2년 이상

- 전공 : 생물학, 생명공학, 약학 계열

- 항체 치료제 / ADC (Antibody-Drug Conjugate) 개발 경력자 우대

- 항암제 동물시험 경력자 우대

- 항암제 비임상시험 경력자 우대
