[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Review book and accounting issues

  ~ Review monthly book closing process, monthly book, monthly financial statements and details of accounts.

  ~ Review monthly cash flow drafted by accounting team.

  ~ Review monthly Consolidation financial statements

  ~ 3rd reviewer of journal entry and related accounting slip.

  ~ Review audit(review) report for public announcement by quarter.

  ~ Lead the audit process by external auditor and discuss & communicate audit issues with external auditor, APAC controller, etc.

  ~ Review BPC10 system reporting process and BPC 10 financial statements and notes information (Monthly).

  ~ Take care of regular/irregular inspection from FSS (Financial Supervisory Service) other government authorities.

  ~ Analyze actual Financial Statement number’s variance.

  ~ Forecast BS numbers, other income/expenses, etc.

  ~ Variance analysis of BS numbers and other PL numbers between actuals and budget/forecast

- Establish, manage and monitor the Internal accounting control system in accordance with regulation on independent audits of corporations.

- Support CFO for ad-hoc issues and deliver reports as per management requests 

- KPI Management

- Other follow-up for APAC requirements 

[QUALIFICATIONS]

Requirements – must

- Big accounting firm 근무 경험 선호 (at least 6 yrs)

- KICPA 자격소지자 선호

- 연결재무제표 감사 및 작성 경험

- 팀워크 베이스, 성실한 업무태도, 영어로 업무 가능

Requirements – preferred

- 외국계법인 본사 Package 검토 및 감사 경험

- 제조업 회계감사 경험

- 제조업 industry 회계실무 경험
