다음과 같이 외국계 코스메틱 기업에서 'IT Solution Specialist’ 를 찾습니다.

[RESPONSIBILITIES] 

-  To assist with the support of critical ICT operational functions within offices and across all brands’ stores and counter stores within Korea.

-  Providing support to SAP end users

-  Troubleshooting and fixing problems in SAP

-  Testing new features in SAP

-  Creating and improving internal SAP manuals, procedures and processes.

-  Working closely with SAP users.

-  Providing high quality level of customer service in terms of the services provided.

-  Monitor the daily interface process (i.e. SAP) between office and region

-  Improve SAP-related business processes and systems

-  Preferably with knowledge in POS, SAP, ERP, CRM, Integration technology, Office 365 an added advantage

-  Experience in working with multiple business and IT stakeholders across different affiliates.

-  Support IT manager with vendor management to ensure agreed service levels are met by outsourced vendors

[QUALIFICATIONS]

-  Fluent in Spoken and Written English (MUST)

-  Bachelor’s Degree in related field

-  Experience in interfacing POS, CRM data to SAP (RFC experience)

-  Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP modules (FI/SD) modules in retail industry is preferred

-  Experience with SAP projects is a plus 

-  Good understanding of integration with SAP modules (FI/SD) and POS system.
