[RESPONSIBILITIES] 

- Media plan planning & execution

- Media agency supervising 

- Organize local events in line with the brand’s image (PR, VIP, product launches)

- Define relevant budget for each event, follows up all related costs and ensures event report for management and regional structures with ROI analysis

- Develop brand visibility online and measures online strategy efficiency on a regular basis

- Manage the brand’s SNS channel(translation, local contents creation updating)

- Develop online contact ambassadors, and establish relationships with bloggers and influencers in line with the global communication strategy

- Provide key insights to brand teams to evolve campaign relevancy and PR program success

- Lead the PR process, risk assessment, identify key concerns, and address issues with informed communication strategies.

- Develop and implement press tools, kits and content strategies to be used to reinforce and strengthen consistent brand image and messaging.

- Translate the overall digital communications strategy and goals into executable product roadmap with defined objective and measurable KPIs

- Monitor trends in competitors’ digital tools, trends and applications

- Execute SEM to increase brand digital presence and visibility

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field

- At least 6+ years of relevant online/offline marketing/promotion experience

- Expertise in digital communications - particularly in Paid Media (across display, search, social, etc.)

- Experience in a similar capacity within the beauty and fashion industry is an added advantage

- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

- Confident and go-getter under pressure

- Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and possess the drive

- Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner.
