다음과 같이 외국계 스포츠 패션 기업에서 ‘Merchandising(MD) Planner’를 찾습니다.

* Job Title: Merchandising Planner

* Experience: 4 ~ 6년

[JOB PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES]

1) Planning

- Execute initial allocation to stores by working closely with category merchandisers

- Plan on demands of inventory and weeks coverage to maximize product sell-thru

- Plan product delivery schedule execution with merchandisers and SCM team

- Plan for the return process based on overall stock flow and the stores’ stock room capacity

2) In-season Management

- Manage efficient operation of supply, rotation, and return of products by each channel

- Conduct replenishment to reduce out of stock in store

- Identify business opportunities based on stock, sell-thru result and marketing calendar

3) Operation

- Lead SKU and inventory status report by channel and store level

- Update weekly sales report for outlet product & stock level checking every week

- Cooperate with IT team consistently to monitor and upgrade replenishment and initial allocation system (AIS, SAP etc.)

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- 4-6 years of Merchandising / Planning experience in retail fashion and sports industry

  (minimum 3 years of experience in allocation and planning)

- Strong business acumen and analysis skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both internal and external)

- Advanced skills in MS Office

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure

- Customer focus with business sense & strong interests in fashion trend

- Excellent product intelligence - consumer awareness, creativity, passion of sport & fashion brand

- Ability of strategic thinking and problem solving

- Fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
