다음과 같이 외국계 스포츠 패션 기업에서 ‘HR Manager’를 찾습니다.
* Job Title: HR Manager
* Experience: 10년 이상
* Location: 서울
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Responsible for Talent acquisition including office and store employees
- Lead organization development, facilitate growth of company culture and maintain positive employee and labor relations and communications
- Provide advice and cooperate with HQ HR and Korea HR team regarding ER, HR policies/guidelines and C&B planning
- Plan and monitor headcount and budget
- Facilitates effective performance management process
- Implement salary admin (merit, promotion, adjustment)
- In charge of submitting relevant HR reports/analysis to management and HQ, both on monthly and on ad hoc basis
- Advise managers on resources planning and manpower allocation to cope with the business growth
- Plan and execute training and development activities
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Over 10 years' hands-on HR generalist experience including Talent Acquisition or Training & Development, payroll or HR Operations or C&B or ER
- Experience in consumer (cosmetics or apparel or footwear or fashion) and retail industries
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and attentive to details
- Passion to drive initiatives and implement policies
- Adapt to environmental changes with flexibility
- Have capability to build good relationship with every stakeholder both for internal and external
- Proficiency in both English and Korean
- In tune with our brand and with the brand style heritage
