- 분기별 KPI 설정 및 평가

- 파트너사 실적 관리, 커뮤니케이션, KPI & 인센티브 설정 및 tracking

- 월별, 분기별 프로모션 전략 수립

- Commercial Team(영업&마케팅)과의 소통과 Alignment

- CRM / Sales Digital Transformation Activity

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- 4년제 정규대학 이상 학력 또는 이에 준하는 학력

- 관련 경력 10년이상 보유자

- 제약 경력 & 컨슈머 유경험자, CRM 운영 경험자

- Winning Spirit, 고객 친화적인 커뮤니케이션, Teamwork

- 영어 소통 가능자 우대
