* 근무지: 청주 (서울출장 50%)

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedures in Energy Business operations and sites, in compliance with company country and regional purchasing charter and polices

- Review proposals, negotiate prices, decide contract terms and conditions, select or recommend suppliers, verify delivery

- Approve payment and manage fuel and sludge contract

- Ensure that all procured items meet the exact specifications and interface requirements without omission.

- Maintain up-to-date records of suitable suppliers along with their approval status, performance and quality appraisals

- Monitor all purchase commitments against budget

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- 5~10년 설비 운영 또는 제조공장 소모성 자재 구매 경력자 

- 에너지 분야 기술 구매 경력 및 협상 능력 보유자 우대

- 영어 말하기 중급 및 쓰기 중상 이상
