* Title: SCM Specialist 

* Experience: 3 ~ 5 years

* Location: Seoul

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

Inbound Management:

- Manage order tracking & adjust shipping schedule 

- Execute customs clearance and import handling 

- Calculate landed cost 

- Report 3 month inbound plan

- Create payment request documents

Inventory Management:

- Manage outbound process with 3PL logistics service provider

- Work for return process from store & adjustment return schedule 

- Check and arrange replenishment schedule for returned goods.

- Manage KPI for 3PL inbound/outbound/return

- Support E-Commerce product cycle 

- Manage purchasing the items related product

- Analyze inventory and month-end closing 

- Plan annual & monthly store stock counting

- Review stock counting result and communicate with counterparts

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Experience in supply chain or logistics or import functions from multi-national company

- 3PL management or WH moving experience preferred 

- FMCG industry or retail experience preferred

- Background/understanding in sales or product cycle

- Good in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint 

- Experience in retail and e-commerce business would be an advantage

- Good communication skills in both Korean and English
