[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Reporting to the head of Korea as well as USA 

- Explore the interactive contents market and discover prospective clients

- Communicate with prospective clients on the value of interactive contents 

- Develop the marketing strategy and sales plan based on the deep understanding of interactive contents

- Responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to achieve and exceed sales/profit targets

- Managing overall functions of the company and leading the tech. leveraged hyper growth

  : Strategy, R&D, Project Management, Marketing & Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, IR, etc.

[REQUIREMENTS]

- Bachelor’s degree in business, science or related majors preferred, but not essential

- Experience in tech. leveraged hyper growth industry and start-up preferred

- +10 years of experience such as Advertising, Media, Entertainment and Game preferred

- Experience in big scale business deals with global companies preferred

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English preferred

- Good communication and problem-solving skills preferred

- Entrepreneurial mindset with unwavering focus and vision in building one from ground zero
