* Job Title: : ETC Hematology Marketing

* Experience: PM ~ SPM

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives to accelerate growth of exiting hematology brand 

- Prepare launch readiness plan for upcoming hematology brand 

- Set the financial targets and ensure to meet the target/budget through performance monitoring with key metrics

- Collaborate with partner for Korean market success aligned with global strategy

- Build and maintain profitable partnership with internal/external stakeholders for brands success including overseas partner company

- Support market access team to expand brand reimbursement scope

- Lead hematology team including 3 FFs

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Education: Bachelor degree

- +7 yrs sales & marketing experience required

- Product launch experience preferred

- Productive communication skills (Korean and English) required

- Solid P&L understanding required

- Proven project management skill (in the planning and implementation of promotional programs) required

- Ability to foster and manage productive biz relationship with internal/external stakeholders
