[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Accountability for the sales and gross profit results for E-com Channels including Owned mall & Market place.

- Make annual E-com sales and gross profit plan and track the progress in a regular manner.

- Identify, develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve the E-com business growth.

- Manage overall operation of E-com Channels including Owned mall & Market Place and act hands on task together.

- Work closely with the Internal commercial team and External(GDX,Japan) partners to define requirements, scope, and objectives of E-com business purpose.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, resources, timeframes, budgets and reports.

- Coordinate all administrative and E-com related tasks, including but not limited to: scheduling, content population, assigning tasks to internal team, 

  manage enquiries and utilize business tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.

- Coordinate legal paperwork actions. (e.g. contracts, scope of work, and terms of agreement)

- Work with the Global Project Team to analysis and identify risks and opportunities ensuring any issues that arise are communicated and managed through to resolution.

- Ensure project standards and requirements are met through conducting QA Tests, including UAT.

- Assist in other project-related work as and where required.

[REQUIREMENT]

- 10+ years of trade E-commerce relevant experience with People Managing.

- Bachelor’s Degree required.

- Experience in Ecommerce Trading platforms (Magento) and Digital projects.

- Experience working with global teams and complex business structures.

- Technical knowledge in development and systems configurations.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools.

- Experience with risk management and quality assurance control.

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in Korean & English.

- Proficient in MS Office, advanced Excel skills.

- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management, particularly with multiple team involvement.

- Experience in consumer and retail(apparel or footwear or fashion) industries.
