* Position: Isa
* Location: Hwasung-si, Gyunggi-do
* Age: Late of 40's - Early of 50's
* Report to GM
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
~ To organize labors for the operations, preparation for materials, maintenance of machinery/equipment and placement of optimal processes in order to continuously improve the operations performances involving productions scheduling and maintenance and repair activities
~ To review, analyze and monitor performance targets and feeds back to the operations teams to improve the operations performances against goals and targets
~ To manage and make sure the occupational health & safety on site as well as the environmental, operational permits in order to be compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and safe and clean workplace for not only employees but also all stakeholders and community
~ To ensure materials and products qualities in line with specifications and parameters set out by the company, clients or/and the industries and markets
~ To plan and monitor proactively the Improvement Action Plans, performance targets and goals
~ To prepare and provide the operations teams with performance targets and goals such as KPI’s and PI’s
~ To align the fundamental concepts/practices/policies/procedures of Operations site with the head office such as the occupational health & safety including fire prevention and incident management and environmental aspects including permits, licenses and incident management
~ To lead along GM to integrate new & growing projects with Technical Department at Head Office
[QUALIFICATIONS]
~ Experience or background to be operation Manager, Plant Manager, Production Manager
~ Process improvement in manufacturing environment with minimum 15 years career
~ Engineer basis prefers
~ English – Speaking, Writing, Reading
~ MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word): Good skill

~ 플라스틱 사출 및 압출 경력자 및 공장장 경력자 우대
~ 영어 읽기 가능자
