* Job Title: Deputy WTE Manager
* Position: Isa ~ Bujang
* Location: Seoul HQ
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Initial mission will be Manager (Strategic Coordinator) for Site Performance in charge to implement and follow up the performance plan under the supervision of Operation Manager
- Manage Operations teams in order to deliver excellence in Operation to respect contractual and budgetary undertakings
- Responsible for the construction and follow up of the budget for the cost of sales of the operation based on some key technical & operational KPI’s defined in the standards and Impacting EBITDA
- Implement the standards and Best Practices as well as the other necessary means for the successful fulfillment of contractual commitment by collaborating closely with technical & performance department
- Validate, analyze and explain results and operating data with the site manager and support Hubgrade center
- Make a review of Integrated Business Project Card for Operation before Offer Review
- Manage and report that action plan for integration new contract in operation is will implemented and in time
- Seize opportunities to diversify or increase contractual services
- Maintain quality relationships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Propose work and services to the customer not included in the contract. Make the quotes with support if needed of T&P department and back office department
- Manage and develop the skills of colleagues and managed collaborators
- Follow up with HR the mandatory qualifications by the technicians
- Define the needs in terms of training plan
- Define the needs in term of recruitment for his/her Operations teams
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- 서울 근무 30% + 지방 현장 출장 업무 (70%)
- Age: 40대 중후반
- Educational Background: Technical Background (기계공학, 에너지 시스템, 화학공학 (열역학) 전공자)
- 화학 및 석유화학 분야의 유틸리티(스팀, 에어컴프레셔 등) 운영 관리 경력자
- Language: Fluent English + Korean
