* Job Title: Plastic Expert in Plastic Recycling Processes
* Position: Chajang ~ Gwajang
* Experience: Over 5 years (over 10 years experience preferred)
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- In charge of audit, assessment and validation activities related to plastic recycling processes, both for business development and operation support.
- Technical Support for Business Development:
~ Implementation of project Feasibility Study and report
~ Implementation of project Technical Due Diligence
~ Site audit including but not limited to plastic recycling processes assessment
~ plastic recycling process design study: mass balance, basic equipment, process design, process risk analysis
~ Lab tests and pilot tests management
~ Savings estimation on Direct and indirect OPEX, CAPEX estimations.
~ Commercial presentation support
~ Technical memorandum completion
~ Process support for commissioning work
- Technical Support to Operation projects:
~ Site audit including but not limited to plastic recycling processes assessment
~ Plastic recycling processes study: mass balance, basic equipment, process design, process risk analysis
~ Lab tests and pilot tests management
~ Savings estimation on Direct and indirect OPEX, CAPEX estimation
~ Technical memorandum completion for operation improvement projects
~ Process support for commissioning work
~ Technical support for operation reporting
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Chemical Engineer or Master Degree specialized in plastic recycling process (thermal, chemical, mechanical plastic recycling)
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in plastic production or recycling processes design and operation (thermal, chemical, mechanical plastic production and/or recycling)
- Good knowledge and experience in designing/operating/troubleshooting Industrial plastic production and/or recycling processes (thermal, chemical, mechanical plastic production and/or recycling).
- Good knowledge of plastic industries and its standards
- Good knowledge of Korean design standard for plastic production and recycling processes.
- Pro-active and autonomous, yet able to work within a project team.
- Able to handle several projects in parallel, if needed.
- At ease to read, interpret and create drawings related to plastic production and recycling process (using AutoCAD)
- Good command in Korean and in English, conversational and reading/writing
