[RESPONSIBILITIES]
1. Segmentation & Targeting
- Update segmentation & targeting for optimal sales effectiveness
- Provide Sales & Marketing with target frequency/coverage/quality updates and monitor the segmentation & targeting results
2. Field Force Analytics & Reporting
- Help make valuable decisions by providing meaningful analysis data, evaluating MR’s performance for call quality enhancement
3. Field Force Sizing & Structuring / Territory Realignment
- Provide management with optimal FF structure/size through various simulation & data analysis such as sales & calls by bricks/FTE, etc.
4. CRM
- Operate CRM system and manage all data in CRM system i.e. customer & account information and call history
- Communicate for system enhancement with relevant functions, end users and global/regional CRM teams
- Conduct system training
5. Quota Setting
- Assign territory divided clearly & fairly to each MR by reviewing target factors including raw data, checking yearly/monthly quota by product/territory/MR and supporting & guiding sales managers to handle related issues
6. Performance Tracking & Management
- Accurately evaluate in a timely manner with correct data by managing 3rd party for WS data standardization/cleansing, analyzing external data comparing with company data, checking sales trend by brick and handling performance-related issues to help understand assessment process & its data
- Guide & review performance assessment system with balanced view on controversial issues by TA/BU, prepare & analyze related data to help make decisions
7. Incentive design & Operation
- Motivate field force by calculating sales incentive quarterly/yearly, managing KPI by TA/BU and discussing with BU/TA to handle exceptional cases
[REQUIREMENTS]
- Bachelor’s degrees and above
- More than 5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry sales or SFE
- understanding of marketing & business planning
- Good inter-personal relationship
- MS Office skill's (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
