[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Assisting operation sites in the BL in operational improvements such as technical improvement 

  coordinating between the technical department and WBL's operation sites, operations 

  management with the head office operations department, and so forth

- Monitoring performances (incl. KPI’s & PI’s) of operation sites co-working with head office 

  financial department and assist operation site to set out financial and operational goals

- Monitoring Action Plan implementation and assisting operation sites to achieve Action Plans

- Disseminating new policies/practices from HQ to operations sites and assist to bed them 

  down at respective sites as well as monitoring whether to be compliant with them

- Contributing to improvements of H&S aspects at the site level liaising with Corp H&S department

- Co-working closely with TD & Finance on the asset management, esp. the maintenance 

  program and CAPEX management

- Collecting all operational information (technologies,, authority related, operational measures etc.) 

  from operation sites and processing them

- Assisting any procurement/contractual arrangements e.g. EPC contracts and monitoring progress 

  of investment projects at operation sites

[REQUIREMENT]

- Bachelor's Degree holder

- Job Career: 5+ years work experience in related fields

- Fluent English speaking is a must (reading & writing essential as well)

- Person who has experience in Waste Management Industry, multi-faceted environment 

  such as manufacturing preferred and experienced, particularly, in the sales or the commercial areas

- Experience or knowledge on Management accounting is preferred, but not must

- Well structured individual, analytical skills, good communication, motivated and focused
